Our Purpose is to save the Bees!

The techniques we use in producing our products, by no means harms the bees. We take every precaution possible to provide them with the best care we can. To this end a substantial amount of honey is not harvested so that it stays in the beehives where it belongs!

Our nomadic production

Our family has been producing honey since 1988. The rich flora of Greece and the nomadic beekeeping that we follow are a guarantee for the quality and taste of our products.

How you can best maintain Honey?

Honey maintains its particular characteristics, if properly maintained. Steps that can be taken are:

Keep it :

  • Away from other items
    that may have odors. Honey tends to absorb strong odors around it.
  • Maintain in a place with low humidity. Honey should be stored in dry places (maximum 65% humidity) because honey is hygroscopic, meaning it absorbs moisture.
  • Keep the Honey in a Dark place. Exposure to light deteriorates the honey’s nutrients
