Two very strong bee-hive products are brought together to create an explosive combination! Described as “nature’s medicine” it has a light taste, soft texture, and can accompany your hot drinks splendidly.

According to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), Propolis has antioxidant properties and supports the body's natural defenses, especially of the upper respiratory tract.

Our Purpose is to save the Bees!

The techniques we use in producing our products, by no means harms the bees. We take every precaution possible to provide them with the best care we can. To this end a substantial amount of honey is not harvested so that it stays in the beehives where it belongs!

Combinations

Try it with a fresh fruit salad, in your yogurt, with a hot tea, in the morning pancakes, with crispy donuts, in sourdough bread. Why not with a glass of milk, in energy smoothies, otherwise with the spoon!

How does it stay as Honey ?

Honey maintains its particular characteristics, if properly maintained. Steps that can be taken are:

Keep it :

  • Away from other items
    that may have odors. Honey tends to absorb strong odors around it.
  • Maintain in a place with low humidity. Honey should be stored in dry places (maximum 65% humidity) because honey is hygroscopic, meaning it absorbs moisture.
  • Keep the Honey in a Dark place. Exposure to light deteriorates the honey’s nutrients
